I ordered 4 packs of fish bites. I was charged for all 4 but have received 3 so far after 3 weeks. I ordered a surf rod and after 2-1/2 weeks nobody could tell me when I could receive it so cancelled it and ordered it elsewhere. An hour after I cancelled it I received a phone call saying if I reordered it they could get it in a day and ship it right out. Too late. Should have expended that type of effort in the first place.

When I ordered things from tackle direct they were sent in a timely fashion and I got exactly what I ordered and no damages, I bought a rod and rod coverings and everything was exactly as I had expected it would be. They are a great company with great service .

I have ordered from TackleDirect. Over two weeks and still waiting for merchandise. Attempted to get tracking info.,but they did not provide. Called customer service multiple times, multiple days each call over an hour and no service representative. Left number to call back, no call back. Attempted live chat, site continually unavailable. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend. No problem taking my money, they don't care about anything else once they have it.
