United States | 01 August 2019Some time had passed after I only received a partial order. I was unable to contact TD for several weeks, after numerous attempts (23). I had some concerns with my last order, but today I received 2 calls from Tackle Direct. The gentleman assured me my items were on back order and would be sent eventually when they were received. He said they have a new system and their volume of business has them swamped, I like to hear they are doing well and am now waiting patiently for my stuff. Maybe in this negative time where everything is a scam had me thinking the worst.

This was about a month ago and still have not received a new reel or a refund I have sent emails and called countless times and still have yet to be contacted.

United States | 31 July 2019The first telephone call was made in 1876, the first answering machine was invented in 1960, the first automated prompting systems came out in the early 80's, last I looked we're now in 2019, your new system is failing you tell your service provider to get on it or tell them to go away because it isn't working as promised! Waiting on hold for 45 minutes, leaving a please call me back in the order you were received, online text message...so far NONE of these options have worked to communicate with you! Where are you guys? I'm trying to spend money with you but I guess you probably won't get this message either....

Although when he called to check on the order, the representative that answered the phone had no idea when we would receive the merchandise and that’s fine as well but, he was very rude to my son. He had them on speaker and my wife was listening and confirmed his story. Very disappointed. Glad I was not listening. I have zero tolerance for bad customer service.
