Ordered 2Nomad Riptide plug, one arrived the other back ordered, the problem was communication!! I had to e-mail you about this issue. Then I finally got a reply on ordering a different color plug mainly because the back ordered plug never showed up, Again communication is important..

it use to be a quick order and a quick shipment . I live in Delaware use to take 2 days from order to receive it . I bought from them because they were local and fast. not any moor its ben 3 weeks I still haven't received my order and its in stock . they wont answer the phone or call u back . stay away from this place I wont ever order from them again

Back ordered rod had no information to me as to when the rod would arrive. I called and was told a date but it arrived almost a week later. I tried to call customer care, phone tag call back the first time and the next time no call back.

Great service when items are in stock, however, expect to wait almost 30 days for the rest of your order if item is not in stock. Would only recommend buying items that are in stock from this company
