Process worked OK and for the most part was as advertised, I purchased 5 used Vidmar cabinets but they were shipped with NO front to rear dividers in any of them. I would have expected a few of each size if for no other reason just to be able to try and have some made locally. I contacted them and was told they would see what they could do and never heard anything back from them. Be very specific on what you are expecting and what you want. I would buy from them again but would have a very specific set of specifications on what I was buying that they would have to send pictures on prior paying for purchase

We outfitted our new facility with cantilever racking from American Surplus. They supplied us with a combination of new and used components. We saved a few thousand dollars that way and you couldn't tell the used from the new. Quick quotes and kmowledgable, courteous personnel make the buying experience smooth and satisfying. Will use them again for our material handling requirements.

Purchased an incline mechanical conveyor from American Surplus. Lead time was longer than promised by about a week. Was told that the conveyor is assembled to make sure everything fits before disassembly for shipping. Legs didn't fit and needed modified. lowest leg was half the length it needed to be. After corrections/modifications were made, however, it worked.

Easy transaction with usually high quality equipment. I have had minor issues with used uprights but nothing we couldn't take care of in-house

The product was in horrible condition did not match picture on website at all

Would have gave 5 stars but the traffics director for the company is extremely difficult to deal with and is rude to the customer. Ben the rep I spoke with to order my supply’s was extremely helpful.
