Unfortunately a previous response from another advisor was incomplete and in one respect incorrect. For this reason we have to mark you down. We got there in the end and are very grateful to the FPRA.

Our resident management company joined the FPRA some three years ago and the directors have been extremely grateful for the legal advice their advisors have furnished us with. Replies are prompt and relevant and we have saved considerable sums by not having to obtain the services of local solicitors. The annual fee is well worth paying for the support we receive.
