Purchased 2 rings, received them next day (Saturday). Rings looks great and were just as portrayed in their site. Sizing seems ok.

The 11/07/2022 I ordered a ring on the website, I never received the product through the fault of the delivery company (Chronopost) who returned the package to the sender (Serge Denimes) by mistake. Serge Denimes does not respond to my emails concerning the fact that the ring has been paid for but that I have not received anything. I still want to receive the ring because I really like it. Update on 17/08 : It has now been over a month since I ordered my ring. Customer service has not responded for 9 days. Scam?

Great customer experience.

Average services for premium prices. The rings are of good quality even tho they have almost doubled the prices since I purchased my last ring from them back in the summer of 2021 (the ring that I got for 45 euros back then is 87 euros now). The delivery is also average. It said on the website that my ring would arrive in 5-7 days but it's been 18 and the last time I heard from them, it was still in France.

Ordered ring but upon prompt delivery needed a size smaller. Returned original and received replacement in side 7 days. Brilliant service.

Great products, strong lack of transparency on the returns process for EU returns. They claim it to be hassle free, however I had to research on the internet to find I had to PAY for a return either through them deducting the shipping fee once they receive it with DHL (seems to be 30 euros, but they do not state the amount so there is no way to know for sure, I am not really trying to have a surprise 30 euro fee for a 50euro order return). Strongly suggest you use the local post. Serge DeNimes, with all due respect, get your s*** together and be transparent about the process and costs of returns. Customers shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get information.

Everything went smoothly! Very happy with the product.

The package took a lot longer than expected to arrive (3 weeks), mails took also a long time to be answered. Regardless, the ring is in a wonderful condition and I love it. If I have to say something about the packaging, I think that a little box instead of a little sack would have been appreciated, but it does the work anyway and it is also pretty.
