Great products, love both the bracelet bangle and dove ring. Both good quality products and super fashionable.

It’s been around 3 weeks since I ordered a necklace and the package has barely arrived from Europe to the United States. There wasn’t even an email to let me know my order was going to be excessively late, not until I emailed them about 2 weeks into my order did a representative let me know that there was an error and my necklace was being reprocessed.

I have no issue with the products themselves. But the ring I ordered didn’t fit so I tried exchanging it for another size and the customer service has been appalling - by far the worst I have experience. It takes such a long time to process returns with minimal communication. I have had to email and message them via social media relentlessly to get responses and my refunds. I wouldn’t normally write reviews but I have been so angered with them over the past few months!

First order was confirmed but “never received by the hub”, had to follow up days later to get my order shipped out. Product arrived in minimal protective packaging.

Order was delivered to me today, 9/10/2022. I would absolutely return to shop at Serge DeNimes. I bought an earring from the United States and was nervous about the international shipping situation. The tracking system used constantly updated me where my package was, took a little over 2 weeks. MORE than reasonable considering the extreme distance. Do not hesitate to order from this site.

Der Ring ist äußerst bequem und optisch sehr ansprechend. Die Größe ist Perfekt für meinen Finger und die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut. Der Grund für die 4 von 5 Sterne ist dass ich bereits eine Verformung des Ringes erkennen kann. Ansonsten tolles Produkt. Ich würde die Marke weiterempfehlen.

Bought two necklaces and two rings. Great quality and quick delivery

Order two rings which was told five days later that it never came into the hub. And the ring is discontinued and refund me. I don’t want the money, I want the rings. The expectation to disappointment is a huge difference and make this experience bad.

Very good experience overall despite delivery issues due to the customs policy, here in France. Customer service is great, really reactive and helpful (shipment was re-sent using DHL Express and received in no time) I love the ring I bought!

Bought a bracelet for £130 not even a year ago, only for it to snap in half when taking it off. I've always been pretty careful with it and typically wear it once or twice a week. Wouldn't expect it to break so soon. Contacted customer service and they offered me 30% off a future order, but to be honest, I don't really feel like spending another £100 if it is going to break after a year.

Poor customer service and poor quality jewellery. Items missing from order, stone fell out of a ring within a few weeks. Emailed customer service, who never responded.

I emailed all the contact addresses, to find out from the courier company in my country that they returned the package a long time ago, and the fact that Serge DeNimes did not notify me that they received the packages to process the refund. Such a thing is inadmissible + they did not reply to any of my emails

Bought a ring and decided to send it back. Have tried contacting via various emails and social media platforms with no reply. Tracking says it was delivered. Been over 2 weeks. Do not buy from this company.

Don’t order, look elsewhere. Paid £8.95 for 24 hour shipping, it’s been 5 days and no confirmation it’s been shipped, been trying to contact but no answer, who knows when or if I’ll get it…
