The website ordering glitch was wonderfully resolved and the sauce divine. Excellent product and service - inventive, local (to me), ethical and beautifully designed.

I have found great customer service. Ordered three advent calendars, 2 on the special offer and one a little while after. I was sent an email about the extra items I ordered, to find out if I wanted them early or could wait until calendar was dispatched. I waited but did confirm all three calendars could be sent together. This was acknowledged and last week I received my whole order. Thank you.

This one was of a different order; beautiful design, compelling pitch set against an unimpeachable ethical backbone. And it was local! Had to be tried. I'll caveat this; I haven't tasted the sauces yet :) But ...I have never experienced customer service like this. Rumble, the Founder / MD I gather, literally went out of his way and travelled across the city to hand deliver my passport picante gift set, in Ireland nonetheless. Having responded to my emails promptly and courteously, Rumble followed through on his word and arrived at my door with my purchase, and an additional gift, this evening. To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. Looking forward to seeing if the sauce lives up to the hype as if so I would have no hesitation in recommending Chilli No.5 and wish Rumble all the best with the business.
