I ordered a gift set for Xmas on 3 December but to be honest I forgot and with Covid restrictions etc it slipped my mind then in the 28 December my husband said why has a payment gone to chilli No 5 so I sent an email and my box set was delivered the next day by hand and I wasn’t charged anything. This for me was amazing service beyond kind to not charge me and now the only problem is that every meal I serve ,my husband spends 10 minutes deciding which sauce to put on it !! At least he’s happy he loves the products !!

The products are great quality and really beautifully packaged - make for great presents. I had a small confusion issue with delivery and dispatch notes so I got in touch and spoke to Maria, who was really helpful and professional and sorted everything out for me super quickly. I got my brother a set as a gift as he is a hot-sauce geek and he tells me these are the best sauces he’s ever had. Really pleased with the whole experience!

Amazing company and products. I had a problem as I hadn’t received my order and I emailed them and they couldn’t of been more helpful! They got an upgraded products sent out straight away which was fantastic. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be purchasing more products.

Not received it yet - ordered 20-11-2021 - now 15-12-2021 There appears to have been a miss-understanding with Royal Mail (my parcel is still showing as undelivered, 19-12-2021) however Chilli No 5 customer service has been excellent. A new item was dispatched has now been received. The quality of the product looks extremely good and professional. This was all achieved via email and very quickly thanks to Maria. Thank You.

These are some spectacular spicy sauces !! I've never been a fan of spicy food until now. With this sauce I can really enjoy the flavor without burning my tongue and throat. I bought the Dining Collection with 10 different flavors, and now I can't stop adding all these different flavors to basically all the food :D Perfect for sharing with family and friends !

Chilli No. 5 Pizza Pizzazz is simply the most delicious chilli oil we have ever had and we love the sustainable packaging. Just the right balance of a rich chilli taste and heat with a real depth of flavour. Can't recommend it enough. Looking forward to trying all the other sauces 😋 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Paid for 24 hr delivery. 1 week later...nothing. Missed my sons birthday. Said they would resend ....nothing. Said they would refund....nothing.

Delivery was quick and the glass bottles were packaged very well. This was the second time I have ordered from Chilli No. 5 and the delivery experience from the first time was equally as good. I originally discovered Chilli No. 5 via an add in a foodie magazine and immediately ordered a test tube set as a gift for my partner. Unfortunately I was quickly advised that the set I wanted was out of stock and I would need to wait at least a week for delivery. However, the staff were quick to offer me another option if I decided not to wait in the form of an alternative but similar set, along with an additional set for free. This was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. I decided to accept their generous offer and was able to offer my partner 2 sets with 10 different sauces to try in total. Great service from a company who are trying to do something a little bit different with Chilli sauces.

Perfect sauces, Delicious each sauce different but have great taste on many foods. Great flavor combinations you don't get from other run-of-the-mill sauces. I wish they were a little hotter. They will be my go-to choices.
