Beatifull Tasting Presentation of Chilli Sauces and Extraordinary Twists....

Not sure what happened to Chilli No. 5. I ordered from them at the beginning of the year, was fantastic product, quick shipping and nice customer service. Ordered again several weeks ago, product said it shipped, hasn't arrived in 3 weeks since. I contacted support both by email and WhatsApp, no reply in a week. Have they gone out of business? UPDATE I appreciate the reply by Rumble. Looking forward to getting everything figured out. UPDATE #2 Rumble indeed sent a lovely gift box - we're very excited to try the new sauces. Chilli No 5 is back and that's great - they are fantastic!

Beautiful products tasty too

So, I'm myself working for a minor, entrepreneur-owned business and I think that Chilli No. 5 is the epitome of that very same spirit. They are obviously extremely focused on the quality of their products and the customer relations and try to make these aspects of their business second to none, all the while other areas might suffer a tad as a consequence. I have ordered the 10-sauce kit, the pizza chilli oil, the chilli flake kit and a few other select sauces and I can confidently say that all of the products are great in their own way. I really enjoyed about 7-8 out of the ten sauces and for the ones I don't really love, it's more due to me not enjoying the flavour profile as I'm still able to appreciate the premium ingredients used and the craftmanship behind the sauce, both of which shine through. Now, I'm not the kind of 'chilli head' who kicks off each and every day by injecting myself with pepper extract, snorting reaper powder and having a few superhots for breakfast. I simply enjoy having a splash of tabasco on my pizza and proudly ordering my dishes semi-spicy from the local thai restaurant. This means that most, if not all, of Chilli no. 5's sauces are potent enough for me. The great thing is that if you do not consider them spicy enough, Chilli no. 5 also carries the most delicious range of chilli flakes I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. They are all very potent and I've more than once found myself using a pinch of these as a compliment to the less hot of their sauces when I feel the urge. The chilli flakes are not the semi-burnt and dry ones you find at your local grocery store but a rather chewy kind which really give you the expereice of drying your own fresh chilli peppers in the oven at home. The combination of their sauces and flakes are sure to satisfy each and every customer. I just find myself wishing they would expand their product range so that I could enjoy Chilli No. 5 as my sole provider for all things spicy. Now for the negatives; the first time I created an account on their webpage, I got an email with an order confirmation. I had not ordered anything and the suggested payment method is not even available where I live. Luckily their customer service responded quickly and cancelled the order. The second time I visited their homepage and actually placed an order, I was informed that certain products were not in stock even though the webshop said that they were, both before and after the order was placed. When I agreed to have the out-of-stock products replaced I was informed by another person that my initial chosen products could be sent from elsewhere (and they arrived correctly). My third visit (and second order) resulted in the package rejected by the customs agancy where I live. Chilli No. 5 replaced it with other products which arrived (I'm not sure if they stock different products in different locations). Having to get in contact with their customer service three times in two orders is something I've never before experienced when shopping online - though I recognize that transporting food interntionally is perhaps only second to medicine and pharmaceuticals when it comes to customs routimes. To sum this up, I'm really in love with their products. Their sauces are really tasty and often a tad spicier than I had anticipated, and for the less spicy ones you could always add some of their world-class chilli flakes. I would really love for them to expand their repertoire into more product ranges created with the same focus on taste and quality as to make them my one and only provider of all things spicy!

Found this when visiting family and ordered that night. It really is good and if you like a kick and a good after taste. It dribbles to start with then pores out...a little is more than enough. Am trying it out with most things and so far so good.

Been looking for a chilli oil for a while now, after another company I was using closed down, permanently, due to covid As you can imagine, I’ve tried various chilli oils, but most of them either haven’t had the kick I like, or they’ve tasted more of oil than they should Wasn’t expecting much when I purchased chilli No.5, but was completely taken aback that it was just what I was looking for; dipped in & the small amount gave me that ‘buzz’ on the tongue & lips that I enjoy. Didn’t taste oily either & so am now using it over my salads, or mixing in with mayo, to get a great chilli mayo acquired to my taste

Delivery was staggered, each sauce arrived on separate days rather than together. Not a huge deal. One of the sauces was out of stock which was only confirmed after I decided to contact customer service as to why the sauce hadn't arrived. Whilst they were able to replace the sauce with one in stock they still somehow managed to send me the wrong one (I asked for forever phall, I got hot and sour). They were kind enough to send a sample of all their sauces free of charge for the late delivery which is a nice touch. Ultimately though, the sauces weren't all that. None of them really were to my liking. Definitely wouldn't use them for marination as the flavour is just not for me.
