The sauce of life should be reworded sauce for life. I bought a pouch of Chilli No 5 Fiery gazpacho to take on my sailing boat. 100ml vacuum pouch was perfect for limited space in my fridge, I loved the taste, best of all its versatility. When you’re cruising round bays and you can’t be bothered to eat in a restaurant but you need to take your food to the next level this was a must. I used this one pouch in 5 different meals. Spiced up a homemade Tortilla pizza, Added a tbsp to some boring grains and chickpea flour and had mega falafels for our apero and tonight we’ve just had chopped vegetables, mixed toasted nuts and a tbsp of fiery gazpacho, delicious. First night I put it with chicken, colour was as delightful as the taste. I highly recommend it.

I'm extremely impressed with Chilli no 5's clever blending of great ingredients making for a fabulous range of tasty sauces that I would say are suitable for everyones individual spice scale, well done ! they're also a perfect addition to jazz things up in your marinades, dips and dressings without their flavours taking over the main event. I'm liking the companys on-point, core values with the sauces being vegan, nutrition concious and more and more planet friendly... this in particular gets a big thumbs up from me, I'm also enjoying their clever packaging options too, in particular the pouch sizes, as they're light to carry and can easily fit somewhere into an already over-crowded family fridge ! all in all, thank you for finally providing us with some decent sauces, they get a big thumbs up from me and of course will definitely be recommending to friends and purchasing again.

Fresh, Flavoursome and fiery. I have tried several of the flavours and keep going back for more. They are great as dipping sauces or marinades. A flavour for all pallettes, I love the packaging options too

Delicious Sauces! I bought several of the mini sauces to try them out before purchasing the 200ml ones and I was pleasantly surprised. Each of them were delicious and packed with flavor. They added spice to my meal without overpowering the taste and as someone who is very health conscious i was happy to learn all of the health benefits of their superfood ingredients.

Items were missing from the Christmas Gift Box, I sent a WhatsApp message shortly after it was delivered - I got no apology from the company nonetheless I was advised the outstanding items would be shipped. 3 weeks later they still haven't arrived and there was zero follow up from the company. I requested a tracking number for the items so that I can follow up with the shipping company if it's an issue on their part but still haven't received a response from Chilli No. 5 days later. **Update: After posting the above review the company finally got back to me; the second package was found (it had been delivered to the wrong address), however, the item shipped wasn't what was missing from the Christmas gift box. Hopefully going forward customers will receive the level of communication and customer service I got in the end, right from the start.

Everything was perfect, they were really helpful and quick when I had a customs issue. The sauces are really tasty and special. Recommended!

Such an amazing experience first time ordering with this company! After much research to source hot sauces for a hot sauce fiend for Christmas, I stumbled on Chilli No.5. and I’m so thrilled I did! The proccess did not start well because the order did not leave the country. After communicating with the Team they found a solution and they sent again with a different courier and after few days I received. The order was not what I requested because in it was out of stock but they sent a similar product and additional products to compensate. So, I will order again and again !! Thank you for all the assistance provided. Very responsive on Whatsapp.

After an initial problem (see below) Chilli No.5 responded to the issue (see below) but also to me directly, with an explanation, apology and recognition that the experience was unsatisfactory. A full refund was issued, product received with additional free items as an apology- I am more than grateful for these! Yet to use the pizza oil I ordered but if the complimentary sauces are to go by it will be brilliant and full of flavour!! -------- Not sure if this company is genuine or not? Payment taken. No order confirmation received. No goods received. Contacted twice, once via their website & once via email no response.

You did not deliver the oil. It took me a long time to hear from you despite numerous emails. You do not have a customer services telephone number only WhatsApp, which I don’t use. Needed to order it from Amazon
