I contacted the store direct and was quickly guided to ordering a sample block. Helpfully considerate colleague processed my order and payment. Will be ordering quantity plus cement and fixing kit.

The service when ordering was second to none and the quality of the block and installation kit was excellent, all installation went well and we were impressed but the grout was poor and took an age to set and finish off. We were advised to get two bags of grout and only used one and 3 tubes of silicone which we didn’t use!!

We received our replacement block just a few days after informing them that one of them smashed in transit

I ordered just before Chrismas and was told the products would arrive on the 3rd of January. As promised they arrived on time. Packed well and ready for use. I used the blocks in a DIY project for making decanters and was very happy to discver all blocks were within .5mm in relation to sizes which made things much easier for me.
