Went to view a car that was arranged. We had to ring up when we were close by as we couldn’t find anywhere with signs for Cotswold automotive. Spoke to a lady who said look for a building with Bizspace on the outside. We located the building and parked in what looked like the car park to view the cars as we could see them a few meters away. Never found anyone to speak to, viewed the vehicle and left only to be given a parking fine of £100 a month later. No instructions of where to park or not to park when we rang! Not happy! Don’t waste your time and money on a visit if I were you!

I honestly can not thank Jayden and his team enough for everything that they have done for me with buying my first car. It was simple, painless and within a few days of passing my test i was on the road! Everyone who i have spoken to on the phone have been lovely and the service is spot on. I couldn't recommend Cotswold Automotive enough. There was work that needed doing to my car and it was done within a day and had the car back the next day. Jayden and his team truly go above and beyond for their clients and it hasn't gone unnoticed.
