US Coachways staff worked with us to help plan our trip, so we would not have any issues. The driver was 20 minutes early and very professional the whole trip.

Everything was good except there was an odor on the bus.

We had an excellent driver, the bus was clean and sanitized, and the pricing was reasonable. We will definitely use Coachways again!

Bus was in great shape and clean. Our driver was incredibly friendly and punctual. Was a perfect solution for shuttling guests between wedding locations.

The bus cancelled our return trip for 40 disabled people and assistants with less than 24 hours notice. We were left scrambling to find a replacement. We have been trying to get a refund for a month now. No luck. If you want to flush $2700 down a toilet, I've got one at my house and would be happy to 'flush' it for you.

My special needs sister went on a field trip out of town and the non-profit that took her rented a bus for 40 similar people. The day before the 40 special needs individuals were to be picked up and returned US Coachways called and canceled the bus and did not offer any solutions thereby stranding them. They found another bus company thankfully but US Coachways REFUSES to refund the $2700 that was pre-paid. We have called them over six times, we have emailed them as many times and no one will respond. They are a disgrace of a company.

We had a group at 10 people and no shuttle small enough to fit us, so we needed to purchase a 20-person shuttle. Last minute they "upgraded" us to a 50-person shuttle for a short professional site tour. Terrible experience.

Not only was everything on time, but the driver flexibly engaged our rather convoluted schedule, and became quite engaged with our project--something that was more than welcome on our end!

A great experience. The driver was prompt, patient, and polite. Everyone was able to relax and enjoy the trip without any worries.

Registration as well as making changes to stops was pretty easy and very accurate. Driver arrived plenty early. Condition of mini bus could have been better (seats). Friendliness and courtesy awesome. Top of price scale—

We traveled today from Binghamton, NY to the Bronx,NY. Our driver Kismet was EXCEPTIONAL! On time, we made great time to reach out destination and great accommodating our needs throughout the day. The bus however was a disaster! Very dirty, bathroom wasn't completely functional and bus throughout was not cleaned out, and generally needed to be upgraded!.

Charter canceled less than 12 hours before pick up. I was NOT notified which is a violation of our contract. I expect a full refund and reimbursement for my missed event. This was extremely unprofessional and your organization offered no solution besides issuing a “refund” whenever you get around to it. Someone should have called me and spoke with me to confirm the cancellation. The lack of care is offensive and I will not stop until I am fully compensated for this terrible situation your company has caused.

Our group reserved and paid six weeks ahead for an ADA bus (lift equipped). $2711 from our little nonprofit. The bus cancelled the afternoon before our trip, and even though at that time we would have settled for a non-ADA bus, they claimed THERE WERE NO OTHER BUSES available to take our disabled members from north Texas to San Antonio. We have begged for a refund, sent two lawyer letters, and reported them to BBB. THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!!

Good customer service from the driver

This was the WORST bus trip of my life! The bus broke down 12 or more times trying to go from NY to PA and did not have adequate gas. We lost time on the rides and the cabana rental it’s was a 5 1/2 hr trip one way because of these bus issues. No communication since requesting a refund. Bus had no toilet paper and an empty bottle of hand sanitizer. Bus was extremely old as well. Trip was on 8/19 and I have emailed and called numerous times. GOOD LUCK IF YOU IGNORE THIS REVIEW!!!

Communication and responsiveness was outstanding, coordination was a breeze, the driver, Phillip, was on time, super nice and pleasant - an overall wonderful experience; I will definitely use US Coachways in the future for my transportation needs!

Our bus trip to Belmar Beach was perfect! Lee our bus driver was so patient and helpful. Tony was so attentive and Jodi is a life saver! Thank you all for outstanding service!
