Great communication and excellent service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Bus was over an hour and a half late and we missed a quarter of our scheduled event because of it. Lost close to a thousand dollars worth of an event I’d been planning for months - even our driver said that this is the absolute worst company to book as they are a broker who almost never does what they claim they’ll do in terms of bookings. Stay far, far away!!! My biggest regret is not looking through the countless google reviews that mention “mechanical issues” (aka them just not having a bus booked for you…) before booking through this service

Service was great, bus was clean and on time, driver was super safe, but the onboard equipment (tv, intercom system didn't work and the cost of the minibus was as much or slightly higher than some of the full capacity buses I received quotes for, but again the service was great.

I've been using USCoachways for the past 10 years to get our Boy Scout troop to summer camp and the experience continues to improve. The buses were clean and in good shape. Veronica was excellent, as she always is, helping me get the quote. I continue to be impressed by the skill and abilities of the drivers to get us down the most narrow and twisting of roads to get to camp. The change made to the communication system is wonderful. A few years ago I'd be inundated with auto emails and texts but now it's just enough at just the right times. I really appreciate the changes made by USCoachways and will continue to recommend them.

I would do zero stars if it was an option. I got a call 1 hour AFTER we were supposed to be picked up with someone telling me that the bus had a problem, and they had to cancel our charter. I was told they could not find another bus, and that I needed to call another company. Again, this was all 1 hour AFTER we were supposed to be picked up. The situation was handled very unprofessionally, and I will never use this company again (and I would advise any else to do the same thing).

We had a great customer service experience. US Coachways kept us updated at every step, from booking, to pickup. The bus was on time and we were able to leave on time. The driver was very professional and kind. The bus was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Yasmin gave me all the info I needed to make sure our trip would be properly scheduled, in advance. I felt fully supported in my planning and prep. Our driver, Dwayne communicated with me to let me know where he was when traffic was heavy and he was taking a bit longer than expected to pick us up. Once he had us on the bus, he took great care of us...adjusting the air to keep us comfortable, playing music for us and his driving was safe but 'serious'...he made up for lost time and got us to the venue close to the time we originally planned to get there despite our delayed start. The return trip was excellent, as he made sure that he arrived a bit earlier, honoring the call I made for an earlier departure.

First, getting the buses booked was a nightmare. I kept placing reservations, then told what I reserved wasn't available. Finally got the reservations completed, but had to book 2 small buses (with no discount) when a larger bus wasn't available (that I had already reserved). On the day of our event, one of the buses was 25 minutes late, holding all of us up on a tight schedule. Then, one of the buses' AC was out. It was a hot day and we had a 2.5 hour trip on this bus. Finally, when we were ready to return, we discovered one of the buses had left the facility and we had to wait for them to return. I would not recommend...too many headaches, problems and expense.

Great bus charter company. We hired 5 charter buses for our event. Everything was perfect, the buses came in time, inside was clean, and drivers very professional

One bus never showed. Drivers had wrong address to report to and didn't understand scope of work. Drivers didn't speak English. Buses weren't clean. One driver took over an hour break for a 4 hour job. Lead driver insisted their shift ended before the scheduled end time of the event and all but one bus left before all guests were transported. US Coachways might be reputable but the team they outsourced for this event was AWFUL and US Coachways has failed to respond to feedback sent through proper channels. Terrible customer service.

For June 1st, we reserved a total of four buses and payment was issued prior to the date of the trips. Two of the buses never arrived and dispatched notified about the cancelation the day of the trip after we were told buses were on route with a 5 minute ETA. In addition, the two other buses were extremely late. Buses were scheduled to be at our school location at 8:00 am and to depart by 8:30 to make it on time to the venue. Buses arrived a little before 10:00am. US Coachways need to do better for school trips as we need to rely on a reliable company in order to ensure we keep our word in what we plan and promise our students. Furthermore, a contract was signed by both parties to ensure payment and deliverables. Payment was made, however, service was not as expected.

US Coachways agreed to pick us up (150 passengers in 3 buses) at 1pm. At 12.00 pm we called to check they were on their way and they confirmed. At 1.10 we called again and were told that they were 10 minutes out. At 1.30 they finally admitted that they had never sent the buses. As I write this it is 4.45 pm and we are still stranded. Minus 5 stars.

Booked through US Coachways for a field trip for my elementary students. Fully paid for the trip months in advance. Got an email the day before saying that they were no longer able to fulfill the trip. Simply offered a 10% discount on the next booking. Seems like a really shady business.

Your driver was on time and very personable. The only thing I did not like was no seat belts. It took us an extra hour because of GPS instructions.
