However US Coachways refuses to respond to any of my emails and when I call customer service it goes straight to voicemail so naturally they have not returned any of my voicemails. The only way to reach someone is to call Sales but they are not able to help me. Clearly if you want poor service you should consider US Coachways.

United States | 17 June 2022When I tell you that I'm still absolutely steaming writing this review, just know that is the understatement of the century. Just like everyone else, I booked this charter well over 6 months in advance for guests leaving the hotel going to the venue. Paid this thing in full literally within seconds of receiving the invoice. At 12:10am THE DAY OF my wedding I get an email saying they cancelled. I of course thought they were joking because no company would ever consider doing that - so I asked if they were joking. To my utter shock, they weren't. Good news though everyone! They offered me a full refund! What a consolation for completely screwing me over on the day of my wedding. For those that can't read the sarcasm, please know I'm being sarcastic. I was forced to work the phones like a charity telethon in between getting ready for my wedding and taking pictures. I ultimately had to drop another $4,500 to get a last minute bus. Of course because the company is an absolute joke and because they know that people would drag them through the mud over the phone, they refuse to answer any calls. Waiting for my refund with no ETA in sight (shocking!). I will continue to hit them up every day until I get my refund back. Again, an absolute joke of an organization based on my experience and everything else I'm reading. Shocked they are allowed to continue to operate. I'd love to continue this review but I think everyone gets the point. TLDR: Clown of a company - with all things considered, the worst experience I've ever had with an organization.

United States | 07 June 2022Good not Great Second time using. Two issues. 1. Trouble getting responses when setting up the charter. 2. For both trips, drivers cancelled the day of and needed to scramble to book something else. Did not receive exact vehicle which did impact the nature of the trip. Both situations have worked out but could be better.

United States | 03 June 2022We had 2 charters for two days with a total of 7 busses and 1 limo bus. The staff (except in one) bus were very friendly and on time. This is my second time going through coach ways. I have recommended your company to friends that are getting married and will need busses in the future. Also Tony Tommasino was great to work with. I have passed on his contact information to friends.

United States | 02 June 2022We had a small coach bus booked for our 3rd grade class trip that was confirmed multiple times. The bus never showed. We did not receive a phone call or anything. After waiting another couple minutes we call to find out that the bus had been in an accident and they were working to get us a new bus. Were they even going to call us and give us a heads up? We ended up arranging alternate transportation to the class trip and having USCoachways bring our students home however, they even messed that up reporting to the school at 2pm instead of the class trip location which was an hour away. Never again!

United States | 01 June 2022We used US Coachways for 3 of our elementary school field trips. The students were in awe of the amazing charter buses booked for their trips. The drivers were on time and courteous, showing care and regard for our passengers. Buses were clean and well maintained and the students were happy watching a movie on the media systems. Would definitely recommend US Coachways to our sisters schools and plan to use them again for our field trips next year.

United States | 26 May 2022Our non profit organization scheduled a trip for 15 young middle school students to attend a private youth leadership workshop with the Philadelphia 76ers. The itinerary was provided along with date and times. The date provided was 5/20 with a departure time of 9am. I received a confirmation email with that date and time along with a receipt for my payment At 9:15 am the bus hadn’t arrived. I reached out to dispatch and spoke with someone named Tracy who said she would reach out to the driver and call me back. After 10 minutes i did not hear from Tracy so I called back. She told me that the driver was not answering his phone and she was now trying another number and would call me back. Now the time is 9:45 and no bus had arrived and i had not received a phone call. I then reached out to the representative who set things up, Nichola Fernando. Nichola advised he would look into it also but by this time it’s approaching 10:00. We eventually heard from someone at 10:40 and were told the driver was 30 minutes away. The driver eventually arrived around 11:15 am. Over two hours past the time that was agreed upon and that’s on my confirmation. We arrived at the 76ers at 11:40 am and through off the entire day. We missed part of the scheduled program and our sit down lunch. The kids were extremely disappointed. Since this time i have sent two emails requesting a response and i have yet to receive a call

United States | 21 May 2022The driver parked at the wrong address and it took 30 minutes for the riders to find it. The same thing happened on the way back and the bus was at least 30 minutes late. The riders had to call dispatch to communicate with the driver as he didn’t speak any English. The bathroom was dirty and didn’t have any toilet paper. I want a partial refund.

United States | 03 May 2022We had a pickup scheduled to get our group to nyc for a cruise. That pickup went perfectly. However, the pickup after the cruise to bring us back home was a disaster. A few weeks before going on the vacation I had requested an earlier pickup. Changing the time from noon to 10am. This was accepted and confirmed a few times. We were all ready for the bus well before 10am but he didn’t show up till 11am. He showed me his paperwork and it said 11am. All my paperwork said 10am. I started calling dispatch at 10:10am and it was almost impossible to reach anyone. After multiple attempts I finally got a person on the phone who didn’t know anything and couldn’t even confirm that anyone was coming for us. If she could have told me that he was coming at 11, I still would have been upset, but at least I would have known we’d get home eventually. I was told they were looking into it and would call me right back. No one ever called so I had to keep calling them and wait while the phone rang 30 or more times before someone would answer. Then the day after we returned home I received an email apologizing for the problem and letting me know they were looking into it to see what happened. That was over a week ago and no one has gotten back to me since. We had a great trip up to the point of getting off the ship. That was a horrible way to end a vacation, but we all got back home safe and sound eventually. Update: I have talked with their customer service manager and was assured that they were taking steps to fix these issues so it won’t happen to others. I was offered a percentage back from this trip, or a cheaper rate on a future charter. I am happy with this resolution.

Our driver was Chan....he was incredible navigating us thru the streets of NYC from the Intrepid, to the Freedom Tower, to Liberty State Park, back up to a dinner in Hilburn NY and then to Valley Rock Inn. His driving was truly outstanding. We all felt comfortable with him. Chan was exceptionally accomodating to our employees. We will use US Coachways again for our next adventure and would highly recommend this company.
