Do NOT use this company! We are a team that was planning to fly in and had to cancel the entire trip because of a Covid outbreak. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with them they do not respond and will not refund any amount of our money - around $6000! They claim a 48 hour notice for cancellation for refund but it is not written anywhere or communicated with us. 48 hours was Christmas day for us! They charged us for the full amount of the bus weeks in advance without notice - the charge just showed up on the credit card without invoice. They did not communicate well in advance and now will not communicate at all! I will NEVER use this company again! We did not see any of this policy at any point in working with your company until after the fact. We also have NEVER worked with a bus company that required full payment for the entire amount weeks in advance. I wish Covid also knew of your policy since we didn't know we had to cancel 48 hours in advance! We wrote 4 emails to your customer service and got ZERO responses. I STILL WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY!

They are not communicative. We were working with them and told them everything they needed to know. Once it came time the payment, we got an email saying that the payment was received and then we got a separate email saying that they did not get the payment, however our credit card statement shows that the payment was made. Then when we tried to call them, email them, they are not responding. We called every number that the site mentions and we called dispatch as well. They all said that James (our sales associate) will reach out to us. That was a lie. Eventually, because of COVID we had to make our event virtual. We couldn't even tell them about the cancelation. We again called the company and told them our situation and no phone call was made back to us. Then they decide to call us 8 hours after our original pick up time to confirm pick up. By far the, the worst service ever. Don't waste your time with them.

Our experience with US Coachways was excellent at all levels. Genine was always helpful and responsive. The bus was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Our driver, Charles, was professional, friendly and courteous. Our experience could not have been better.

Our experience with US Coachways in Fort lauderdale, FL was great! I had 3 separate bookings and all of them worked out perfectly. Each driver was professional and courteous and most importantly on time! The experience was seamless! I would definitely use them for my future trips.

They did not tell my wife and me that they could not pick up our guests for the wedding until we called them 45min after pick-up time. All of our guests had to take Ubers to the location. They tried arguing with us saying they called and said they were having difficulties. Having difficulties is not the same as not making it, and my wife said she never received a phone call. The company was unprofessional. Use someone else!

Our bus driver hit the fence at my wedding venue and DROVE away. Spent a few days dealing with the venue and police. I requested a refund and was dealing with Anthony D'Angelo who wasn't very professional... who finally agreed to give $300 back, which I've never seen. TRASH experience. Plus the website is not user friendly at all.

We had a church trip from North Carolina to Kentucky with a 2 night stay in Kentucky. Mr. Wilfred was amazing! Always on time (ready on standby and ready to go), super sweet, safe driver. The bus was clean, new, a bathroom on board. Our sales rep Tommy was awesome too. Answered every little question I had and worked with me while I changed my trip details multiple times.

Tony was awesome!! Finding out we needed a bus late at night for football playoffs and Tony came thru for our team!

Great customer service. The driver was friendly and on time. We were a little late on our itinerary but he still accommodated for us. I would highly recommend us coachways for bus rental again. The bus was a lot nicer than I expected. Very luxurious and comfortable.

We chartered a bus to go from San Diego to Carson for an Aztec football game. They were prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend using them.
