DO NOT USE!! This is a bait and switch organization. They will quote you a price, accept your payment, assure you over the phone that everything is set, then, on the eve of the date of performance, tell you that you need to pay more for the services. They will not respond to correspondence if you do not pay. They will not honor their word. They will not pay you the damages you incur in contracting with other services. In short, they are a scam. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR LOW, QUOTED RATES! They are lies.

SMOOTH trip!

My son's band was set to go to nationals and this so called company naked out at the last minute. I would never recommend a company that can't deliver and squash the dreams of kids.

Bus was running late so I called dispatch and got a recording - “Please leave a message”

Very quick response on the booking and clear communication throughout. Buses arrived early and drivers were friendly and professional.

Both of the shuttles for our Golden, CO wedding showed up on time! We were really worried about the guest shuttle because we had originally contracted that service with another vendor, and when we heard that that other company was leaving guests stranded, we immediately switched the shuttle service over to US Coachways. Michele was incredibly helpful and responsive. Our driver for the Bridal Party Shuttle on the day of the wedding was AMAZING! He was so nice and pulled off a difficult turn on a small road. Would highly recommend!

Worth every penny

Just wanted to thank you for taking care of our transportation needs for our event yesterday. Both buses were perfect and both drivers were excellent! That being said, US Coachways has now moved up a notch or two on our transportation resource list. Being a local company (NYC) also helped a ton. Be on the look out for future event requests from us! Thank you once again!

Had two 55 passengers buses scheduled for wedding in Charlotte NC approximately 8 months prior to wedding. On Friday evening less than 24 hours before wedding they canceled both buses. I had 100 out of town wedding guest with no transportation to wedding. When they called to tell me buses were canceled and I ask them to find solution the representative stated he would recheck with dispatch and get back to me. He did not even have decency to call me back, just an email, saying buses are canceled. They provided ZERO help to solve the problems. My family and friends worked all Friday evening and Saturday morning to try to schedule transportation with other companies. Almost all other companies we called were so helpful and even though most couldn’t help us, they provided us with other companies and solutions we could try. Everyone was so helpful EXCEPT UScoachways that canceled less than 24 hours in advance and provided NO assistance. DO NOT use for an important event- worse customer service ever!

My 7guests and I had a great time.We had a safe driver.The issues:driver Roberto was not provided with my contact information,no itineraries but he was very professional,punctual,safe driver.My agent Nick was great with communication but the billing Manager 3 days before the trip increased the quote to $200 more which was ridiculous because they know you will not cancel and also you wont be able to find another bus at the last minute.Anyway my daughter had a memorable Birthday/Graduation celebration (as PharmD).

This company is great. I booked a 55 person Coach bus for a 3 day festival with my friends. The bus was clean, timely, and over all a great experience! I would recommend this company to anyone.
