From start to finish Michelle G, and Melissa G have been great. Always, professional, accommodating, and responsive. The drivers were warm, and friendly. I am however perturbed by the lack of the ability to facilitate ‘house accounts.’

"Epic Fail: A Comedy of Errors with US Coachways ⭐️ Rating: 1 out of 5 (and that's being generous) Oh, where do I even begin with the disaster that was my experience with US Coachways? If this company were a movie, it would be a tragicomedy, but unfortunately, the only thing tragic about it was the waste of time and money. Firstly, let's talk about punctuality, or should I say the lack thereof. We were promised a bus at a specific time, and what did we get? An hour of awkward small talk, checking our watches, and staring at the empty spot where the bus was supposed to be. I've had faster pizza deliveries during a thunderstorm. Now, onto the creative storytelling skills of US Coachways. Apparently, the delay was due to the driver having a sudden bout of Covid. Bravo for using a global pandemic as an excuse for your own incompetence! However, little did we know, the real reason for the tardiness was a classic case of "the check's in the mail" situation. The bus was being held hostage until the charter company got a love letter in the form of payment from the broker. Who knew that the transportation industry was now operating on a cash-on-delivery basis? As for the cherry on top of this horrendous sundae – the bathroom. I would like to formally apologize to my nostrils for the assault they endured. The stench emanating from that bathroom was a unique blend of regret, disappointment, and possibly the ghosts of previous passengers. It's like the tanks hadn't been pumped out since the invention of the wheel. In summary, if you're in the market for a bus charter company that specializes in creative excuses, chronically tardy drivers, and olfactory punishment, look no further than US Coachways They've truly mastered the art of turning a simple journey into an unforgettable nightmare. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy – well, maybe my worst enemy.

The booking process was smooth, people were responsive. The driver came on time and was helpful and flexible all day long. The bus was very comfortable. I did make a note to myself to request a microphone in the bus for next time. Thank you!

I was canceled less than 12 hours before our departure. We had to turn around and pay another company. I was told 45 days for a refund. Funny they received my money within minutes. I have left message after message, no response… I have emailed a dozen times no response… The bank is telling me they are waiting to hear back from the bus company. Telling me to get a lawyer!! Does anyone have a phone number where you actually speak a human!!

Great experience with US Coachways Charter Bus.

The company kept me info regarding driver’s arrival. Driver was excellent, patient, knowledgeable of route and handling bus. We arrived at our stops on time. Bus was clean and ride was smooth.

My comany hired US Coachways to bring our employees from Stafford, CT to a Woozox game in Worcester, MA. The trip was fully paid for and itinerary confirmed a couple days prior to our outing scheduled for Aug. 16, 2023. About 30 minutes before our bus was due to arrive, dispatch called and said our bus was in an accident on the way to pick us up. They assurred us they would provide a full refund. We ended up having 5 employees car pool to get everyone to our outing. However, i have been trying since August 17th to get our money back. I reached out to my sales rep who told me I needed to contact accounting. I have emailed accounting over and over and called many times, but both emails and calls go unanswered. It is now Dec. 12, 2023, and we still have not received a refund. I have reported them to BBB, but who knows if they will be able to help me. BBB has logged 33 complaints this year with problems either exactly like mine or very similiar. Please do not give this compnay your money. If there are other CT people out there who have had this happen to them. Please contact our Attorney general and log a complaint. Also, I would be interested in getting together for a class action lawsuit should there be others.

Brian our driver was polite and professional. We had a lot of Senior Citizens on the bus and he was especially patient towards them.
