Having the support of a specialist and expert broker really helped us as a health and social care provider and there was a good level of understanding of our service and what we deliver. The quote we received was much more competitive than the one received from an international broker and the level of cover was much more comprehensive. Also we spent much less time preparing for the quote as the level of understanding was so good.

My experience of dealing with Bollington Insurance was exceptional. They worked tirelessly to provide us with cover at short notice. Their assuredness left me feeling confident in a time where the insurance market is anything but confidence inspiring. At a time when other insurance brokers, owing to Covid-19, were reluctant to cover a business in the care sector, Bollington Insurance provided exceptional service that went above and beyond my expectations.
