United Kingdom | 16 March 2020I have a Comprehensive fleet policy with Anjuna, the worst thing I have ever done,Put in a claim on Oct 26th,19, car has been off the road since then, now on March 13 th 20, they advise me they are not paying out.Cost me a lot of money,could have had the car fixed myself in the meantime if I had known.They have tried out every trick in the book to avoid paying this one claim I have made in the year.Twelve vehicles on fleet policy.Deal with them at your peril.

United Kingdom | 13 March 2020Awful !!! Cancelled policy after apparently not having sufficient information... No emails, phone calls or letters requesting this information. The only correspondence received since taking out the insurance was a confirmation email and then another email informing on cancellation! Money wasted paying for insurance to be cancelled and now having to take out another policy elsewhere. As many other reviews say... work on your customer care!

United Kingdom | 29 February 2020Bollington cancelled my Car Insurance WITHOUT informing me. Now I am facing 6 points, high penalty, high premiums, Bad record. Why..oh why??? Bollington brought devastation, Misery and destruction to me and to my family Do not tell me you are sorry. No One will believe what Bollington did to me !! Having taking a car Insurance policy and paid for the first month, I was asked to provide the "No claim Bonus" which is understandable. I asked my previous Insurer to send it to me, but it took a little time as it was December and Christmas /New-year. I emailed it to Bollington. Now, I was stopped by the police for driving without Insurance, and now I am facing 6 points high penalty, high premiums, Bad record. No one to email facts to. I had to phone up to tell them that I had to scrap the van this week 11th February after all the cancellations fees and other cost only getting a refund around £8 pound joke.. Not use again stay away.. Just seen your reply that doesn't tell me why in the 3 months of insurance with you it cost me £151 that you can justify only giving me £8 pound back and I didn't take a loan agreement out... Just seems that you charge a lot to cancel.. To me that is unreasonable ..

United Kingdom | 27 December 2019I wanted to change my insurance from one van I had just sold to exactly the same type of van I had just bought just 5 years newer and was charged more than double the original insurance premium. They said if I pulled out I would basically loose the 8 months insurance left on my policy less £40 Even though I did this in the end It still saved me money by going back to my original insurer as they did not charge any extra for upgrading my van. look out for their extortionate cancelation fees and if you have to upgrade your policy they will nail your hat on knowing you are tied in. This combined with 1 and half hours wait on the phone to be told this it is a complete shambles of an insurance company. steer clear
