I wont suggest it .They are not giving complete info when taking insurance and once we took the insurance all the rules and policies are picking up . If you plan to take once travelling done ,policies will be more . Customer service also not good, tried multiple times for the insurance info when visited to hospital . Ended up paying from my pocket .

I have bought INF plans Elite and Standard for my parents year on year - They have excellent customer service and I have never had any issues with them. I have bought several plans through other providers in the past like Atlas America or Safe travels with too many issues. Would highly recommend them. Andy on the customer service team was also super helpful to narrow my selection and purchase.

Most affordable plan I found for an individual with no preexisting conditions. My parents came to US for 3rd time and I chose this plan 3 times with no regret.

So far the experience has been good. They are highly available for any kind of queries starting from selection of policy to getting any medical checkup scheduled.Also, as per the policy doc, they offer one of the most affordable policies in the market that covers pre existing condition.

This is the second time I got INF premier for my parents visit to the US. It provides some ( even though the cap is very small ) coverage for pre-existing conditions which I didn't find in other insurance plans. Will write another review if there's a situation to make a claim.
