The application process for our condo insurance is seamless! The various options, especially that of using AIG as our insurance company and the coverage amounts are quite reassuring. We are looking forward to having Novamar as our insurance company!

Called and talked to Rob Lindley, an actual human. He gave me a few helpful tips on what I needed. I went to the website and all was said and done in a few minutes. The price was reasonable as well. I did have an additional follow up question, I called left a message again Rob called me back promptly!

I rated 4 stars only because I have not had to make a claim so far which is a good thing, although I can't honestly comment on how that would play out. If you have the misfortune of filing a claim, that is when you truly learn how good or not good your imsurance company is.
