Is the exclusion only for Mexican vessels? Do foreign vessels not have that exclusion? My boat suffered a mishap and ended up on the beach. The Port Authority requested that it be removed and my insurance, which was only for third parties, explained the problem to them and they told me that they would take care of the cost of the work, but that they did not do that work, that I should take care of it and Then they gave me the money back. Once the removal work was finished, the documentation and invoices were sent again and a couple of weeks later they told me that the payment would not proceed and they disclaimed any responsibility. Why is it always so difficult for insurance companies to respond?
