Mostly great service and website has improved. Suggestion: There is no option to send a policy to my home marina. Marina Real, San Carlos, Sonora. Also called Marina de Nuevo Guaymas.

I have been expanding the insurance I get through Novamar including household, car and health now. The team is very professional and responsive.

The adjustor was fast, knowledge, and friendly. She did research to determine how to find replacements for lost items. All actions were explained in detail, lost items were documented with photos. After verification of all losses, a payment was sent directly to my bank in less than a week. Great customer service all around. My contact was with Claudia Castillo Bravo, she represented Novamar well.

Our experience was good because I was having trouble finding a insurance company that would speak and put documents in English and the reviews that your company got also the teaching videos were helpful. And your yearly premium was fair. Your representative for automobile I believe Cynthia was very quick to get back to me and that is also important to me as a customer. *****UPDATE******* I just read the policy they sent me and it is WRONG! They spelled our name wrong and the vehicle they listed is also wrong.

Always loved the service for my auto insurance for many years however this year took weeks to get a policy and when I did finally it had my address all wrong. Still hoping for a policy renewal but it seems something there has changed?

The first time I called, I actually talked to a real person and she was very nice and helpful.

The sales person was really scattered. I ended up buying the insurance even though it was not really what I needed. Hopefully when I renew I can get a better policy to reflect the value of the boat I am insuring
