Happy to find a large selection of parts at IPD for my "new" 1987 Volvo wagon. Good descriptions on website, reasonable pricing and shipping. (free shipping on larger orders). Parts arrived well packed and in a timely manner. Everything fit, quality appears to be very good. Found excellent installation videos on the website. All in all I'm totally pleased with this, my first purchase from IPD.

Very Poor shipping experience. Parts were excellent. Severe communications occurred in filling the order. The order was short one component which compounded the issue - The repair shop I took my Volvo to, called me stating there was only one strut in the box. I thought how could this be possible. I called IPDUSA to rectify and although “free overnight air service” was offered in substitute, the repair shop was delayed and it delayed completion date. This didn’t have to happen. Inconvenienced the consumer and the repair shop. This is not good for future purchases because as the consumer I have many choices.
