When I order from IPD,the ease and simplicity,is the most beneficial trait I have found..I deal with several parts suppliers,while most are adequate,and competent..it is usually a half hour of me sitting at the computer in my shop,often times shaking my head in frustration,at pages and messages that are redundant..The more time I waste at this piece of technology(PC) the less time I have for spinning wrenches,on bricks,a vital part of my ability to feed my people..and feed their passion for Volvos..all of us drive them..So,despite IPD being a million miles away from Appalachia..They seem to always get my partshere faster than most suppliers in my own state or region....Brilliant website design,johnny on the spot customer service and a shared vested interest in the products they sell...IPD is my first choice...period.

Ordered several items on IPD website all items were listed as being in stock Come to find that after calling about order, because over a week went by no shipment received, I was told by phone agent that an item was back ordered. Received shipment finally- but one item was missing- found out that item was back ordered. I cancelled that item. Will not be doing business with IPD again.

Took a long time to get my stuff would have been nice to have the websight at the time of order to say of it was backordered or not. Have a option to send what was in stock.
