I've been an IPD customer since about 1988. They are the reason why I've kept my gaggle of Volvos for so long. Before the internet, all I did was pick up the phone, make my order and wait about a week. What I miss a lot is the very nice color catalogue that was mailed out a couple times a year. I still have all of them. Parts for the 140 and 240 series are becoming a bit difficult to obtain, but I still call IPD first to see if they have what I need.

I'm chipping away at a '95 850 Turbo wagon. Stefan has helped in the past and he was great. On his recommendation I installed the Bilstein Touring struts. He has them on his V70. He was right. They're perfect. The people at IPD are great. Thanks Stefan.

Outstanding. I got everything I needed at very reasonable cost. The website was very user friendly. the main Item needed was a power steering hose. I went by a local store and after 20 minutes of searching to find the correct hose they said theyd have to order it. it would be about 40 USD, plus almost 20 in freight shipping, Freight shipping for a 1' long hose? so I went to IPD and for little less I got my hose, an oil filter, fuel filter, oil cap gasket, some extra lug nuts, oil plug crush ring and the cost of shipping. Then, I paid using paypal and for whatever reason it double charged me, I emailed customer service and within an hour Kevin in customer service emailed me back, we got it sorted as it was an issue with paypal and the double charge was removed quickly. I can't imagine a reason to shop anywhere else.

Sale rep is awesome

The ordering went very well as always. There were some parts in backorder and I was even able to add additional items to the same order while waiting for the backordered parts. Also, the waiting time for the backordered parts was shorter than announced. Great service overall! One thing that could be improved in my opinion: The weight of the items should be visible in the description and/or in the order. This would help for adminitrative and organizational tasks. Thanks! I own 2 Volvo 240 wagons for over 15 years. I have bought a variety of parts from IPD and they are my main source for OEM . Excellent service, always. BTW....I've been driving 240's since the mid 80's.
