Got the part I needed (rear windshield wiper arm for V70R) for $12 from IPD. Local Volvo dealer wanted $70, local parts place $50. Perfect fit.

I've been a customer of IPD for many years, and the help I receive there is superb. The website is easy to navigate and the search tool works well. My only gripe is that with the arrival of the new management, they imposed a legal agreement with a forced arbitration clause as a condition of ordering from the website, which I think is absolute garbage. I still have not and will not agree to it, and that's why I phone in my orders. Other than this one thing, I have no complaints.

I have bought from IPD many times. Service is very good, EXCEPT for packing for overseas shipping. It is consistently poor, and not up to what is needed. I have mentioned this a few times, with no improvement.

I was pleased to find the part I needed (122s brake pressure switch), it arrived in due course (priority mail). Surprised to see the big box, 4"x6"x 8" for a such a small part 1"x1"x 3". I suspect that is what is needed make things work. I would have simply put it in a padded pouch. These hydraulic/electric brake light pressure switches need replacing every 30-50 years its seems!.. :)

I spoke directly with Volvo spare parts people, they all new what model I was talking about and seemed genuinely interested in helping me keep my Volvo's on the road in Australia. Yours in motoring Rob rowe
