Ipd has always come through with quality and affordable parts for my stable of Volvos! From my 544 sport, amazon wagon to my v70 t5. The orders ship promptly and the knowledge of the IPD crew to answer any questions that I might have has made me a loyal customer! Whether you are restoring a classic Volvo, building a car with tasteful mods, or simply want the best OEM replacement parts IPD is the place 😎

No complaints about the products, service and prices, however I wish they would advise you that the product is being provide by a re-seller and you will either get more than one package or they will hold the order until all parts are there and then ship. When I inquired about why I couldn't find my order on the shipping tracker, I go no response.

I love IPD. You guys have such brilliant products made for my particular brand of “fix the old Volvo” insanity. If I am to offer any criticism at all it would be (and this is a real first world problem) faster access to the “my garage” segment of your site. On certain other parts websites, simply by logging onto them they recall exactly who I am and what car I’m shopping for. For you guys there’s maybe 2 pages to click through until I reach my properly filtered parts list. Again, super first world problem, awesome products and customer service, always tickled to get likes back on “the gram”, but if there was any “boo” to be had it would just be faster access to the filtered parts list of the car I just bought stuff for (and maybe some stickers). -Rob

IPD is a great resource for OE parts, aftermarket performance parts that aren't available anywhere else, and knowledge to help troubleshoot problems and install new parts. I wish a resource like this existed for every car brand! I can't recommend them enough!

It took about three weeks to get a simple air filter. Then again, I'd been looking for that one for 30 years. It would have been better if it had been listed as available with a delay instead of in stock.
