I called IPD for a part on a car that I don't own or ever worked on. The man that I talked with knew his business and found the part I needed and had it sent to me the same day. Three days later I was able to get my son in-law car fixed. In the future I will be getting my car part's from IPD.

I have purchased a number of products from IPD over the years and have pleased. Several months ago, I purchased a new steering rack for my '98 Volvo S70. A few weeks after installing this unit, the steering suddenly locked up as I was leaving the driveway. After sitting awhile, I was able to steer the car back to the house. There were no abnormal noises issued from the steering mechanism. After much research, I determined the problem was a failed power steering pump and purchased a new one from IPD and replaced the original with 268,000 miles. All went well for a few days when the steering locked up again! I was able to coax the car to a very near repair facility where it was determined that there were metal flakes all in the steering fluid. I had to have steering rack and pump replaced, which I had them do. IPD would not honor the warranty on either part even though it was their parts that failed.
