Ordered binding parts on a Weds night and paid extra for next day delivery to get the items on Friday before my holiday, didn't arrive until Saturday when I had left for my holiday with broken bindings :( Emailed support and they apologised for the courier problem and quickly refunded the delivery charge. Would use again.

I've used sputnik a few times, great shop! The only thing I would suggest... when it comes to gloves, a bit more description would be awesome. Not just the manufacture's sales bit. But when it comes to what weather conditions the gloves are for. E.g if its a pipe glove, end of season/warm days. Cold day glove. It's not just sputnik that needs to address this, all online retailers miss off what the glove is actually for. We all know how cold hands can ruin a day on the hill! Other than that Awesome shop to buy from! keep up the good work!

Great selection of items, bought some thirty twos from here, arrived quickly. Very reasonably priced only negative thing is the boots didn't fit it cost 15 to send them back I would have exchanged but they did not have the size required so really I lost £15 buying these boots just to try them on :( pretty bad... loved the haribos touch although was not sure whether I was allowed to eat them with sending the boots back so the sweeties went back too so a sad Laura...

I have no problem recommending Sputnik. Got what I ordered in reasonable time. The only thing that could be a bit better would be to track my order during shipment to Sweden. Ordering within UK or to other countries might be different. And it took a couple of more days than I thought, but that's not a big issue considering it close to Christmas. I would order here again.
