I placed my order on Friday afternoon and selected standard delivery expecting it to maybe arrive mid week - it was dispatched the same afternoon and delivered on Monday. Couldn't ask for better service!

Ordered my snowboard, boots and bindings online, really quick delivery. I contacted Sputnik after I didn't receive my free snowboard bag and the issue was resolved immediately. Would recommend and will definitely buy from this company again.

This is the second time we have bought from Sputnik. Both times everything arrived next day. I had to return an item as it was too small (our fault). I called up and was told no problem and I then took it back to the shop. Staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. Goods returned and refund on my account next day. Kit in the shop was interesting, well presented and quite inspirational. Great find. I'll be back.

I bought some new snowboard boots online in the sale that were at a great price. Better than I could find them anywhere else. Unfortunately the size was not correct and I had to send them back. I phoned up to check that it would be ok and not only were they absolutely fine with giving a refund the lady on the phone was super helpful. She listened to my issues and gave several different options and alternatives for me to consider. If you are near Marlow and get the chance to buy from them I would highly recommend it!

Good morning, I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the service I received when I visited your store on Saturday 1st October. The man on duty (he was on his own) was knowledgeable & personable - sorry I didn't get his name though). There was another couple there where the lady was having a boot fitting, but he was able to accommodate myself simultaneously). Suffice to say, I left the store with a brand new 2017 K2 subculture, 2016 CTX cinch bindings and 2017 K2 Maysis (lest we forget the complimentary burton space bag) oh and 2 pairs of burton socks. I'll definitely be back as I'm looking to get my 8 year old son a pair of snowboarding boots also. Once again, thank you very much for making it such an enjoyable experience. Cannot recommend this place enough
