I recently ordered a snowboard deck from this website. The shipping company to which they handed the item, DHL, was very obscure about delivery times and provided links didn't work. Therefore I contacted Sputnik's customer support, and with their reply I could instantly solve my problem. Shipping was also very swift, just two working days from the UK to NL. Definitely a recommended website!

I needed a small screw for my Burton snowboard bindings, but shops in US won't ship overseas, so nice to have a snowboard shop in Europe.

Ordered a new snowboard, price was well lower than elsewhere and they had a size I wanted, which others didn't. Arrived on time although I was unable to track the delivery which was a little irritating. They included a bag of sweets in the packaging which made up for the lack of tracking. thanks!

After 17 odd years away from snowboarding due to knee injury I took it up again and only knew of Sputnik in Marlow so I popped in and got totally setup with great honest advice, perfect service, one on one care and the best equipment to choose from! They did not sell me anyting I did not need to push up the sale value but focused on what was best suited and right for me! I hit the slopes again and picked up where I left off in no time! Delivery arrived on time and came with an additional magazine.

Fantastic product. Just as stated on website. Quick delivery as requested and paid for which doesn't always happen :) although I would recommend getting a DPD depot in Peterculter, Aberdeen. Or using another delivery service as I have had many issues with DPD in the past. Although can't fault them this time.
