The Saga continues. After recieving a pair of jeans I didn't order I finally get a refund MINUS 4.99 shipping to return them. So ive been charged for something I didn't order and never got what I did order. Love the Sales replied to my last review saying oh dear get in touch as it looks very good like they care, however when I got in touch the response is "Sorry we have reached out to the supplier" . Thats really not good enough when I have it in writing saying the items will be shipped back at no cost to myself. After several years using this company I will never use again as its blatant theft and customer service is just a PR machine.

What great prices for quality clothing. There's no way I would get these prices on the high street. Brilliant way of shopping and next day delivery. Thanks

This company is a sham. I've returned an item with the address given and they say it's not a valid address. I now neither have a refund or the goods and despite many emails and messages I've not had a single response. Don't buy from this site

Didnt receive my £200 coat. Will Not refund me, told me to wait 30 workings days to investigate- appalling

Poor customer service. Order was delivered to the wrong address and a claim is required with Royal Mail. Understand it’s not their fault but no apology and having to wait 30 days for a refund. Just be cautious that if something goes wrong they just refer you to their T&Cs. I continue to wait for a refund while they hold my money, knowing they will be reimbursed by Royal Mail. First and last time purchasing from this company.
