Really great price. I was a bit wary as I didn't know this website but the 2 jackets I ordered came very quickly and well packaged. I placed a second order as the size wasn't right on my first order using next day delivery. This also came on schedule and shipping the items that didn't fit was very easy and I got refunded within a couple of days.

Should of had my delivery on the 15th October still waiting also sent a number of emails and still waiting for something to happen either a refund or delivery on what I have ordered . Not a great service or customer service .

Wanted to return an item that wasn't as described (sent photo as proof of what I ordered and photo of item received). I was refunded but not refunded the postage. The seller claimed the item was as described , yet I had submitted proof that this was not the case.

I didn’t get my order and I’ve sent many emails, all I get back is “we’ll get in touch with the seller and let u know” but nothing else, still waiting for a response

Rather disappointing! They sent and charged me twice for my order so I contacted then and they did arrange a return but I only got part of the refund back...there was £10.98 in charges!! So unfair when it wasn't even my fault. Also one item was advertised on website as a 3 pack and when it came it was only 1...I complained about this and they just said sorry it was a misprint on website! As well as being charged for their mistakes already it was a bit annoying. Won't be ordering again
