Quick and easy to use good customer service

Quick delivery from order (courtesey call the day before to confirm delivery window was a nice touch!). All items present & correct; nicely packaged and cared for in-transit, which can be tricky with 5m lengths of bendy plastic. First time using Eurocell, but will be my go-to from now on for the plethora of other projects lined-up. Great stuff.

We've had such a great experience with Eurocell. From the person who booked us in for a free consultation, to the lovely Robin who helped us make our garden room dreams a reality, Michelle who handled all our finance bits, to Kerrie who helped us with any questions or issues we had, and team Jez who built our garden room in just 2 days! Everyone was so friendly and professional and so very good at their jobs! I honestly can't fault them. We're so excited to finally have our own little office space, looking forward to the commute up the garden!

I think Eurocell are very good because of the quality of the materials and minimal maintenance requirements. Do what they say deliveries all on time. I had a some issue emailed and had a phone call the same day from the installer.

Joe @ Dover branch was fantastic, phoned him about some bits I needed and and straight away helped he out and said to come in the next day when I was in Dover, got to the branch and Joe had everything ready for when I was there. 100 percent service fully recommend. Thank you

Ordered on line easy to use online catalog Straight forward and free delivery. Brilliant

Ordered osb none in the country wont be in for months told on the phone that it's a common problem with other stock on the website. If you don't have it, you should advertise it. Big in convince now having to wait for a refund and now having to sorce product from else where. Should be compensated

Bought some composite fence panels from the website on Saturday. First thing Monday got a phone call to arrange delivery, by Tuesday afternoon they were here. Top notch service. Best price I could find and delivered for free. Gary from the Chorley store delivered them, he rang me to make sure it was convenient before he set off, and then unloaded them all into the garden for me. Excellent service and would highly recommend. Thank you - Jon
