I visited the Rotherham branch yesterday morning to buy a piece of boarding . I was greeted by 2 of the most well mannered men who gave me information about the item I was purchasing . Instantly I thought … WHY can’t everyone be like these 2 guys . It was an absolute pleasure to go somewhere and not be treated as an idiot who doesn’t know the first thing about DIY… which unfortunately I don’t. These 2 guys steered me in the right direction, whilst showing me other products that I had shown an interest in. Eurocell should be proud of these 2 guys Trevor and Mark I believe they are called … all there is to say it was most definitely a 5 STAR experience….. Thankyou.

I needed some plastic trim to replace the laminate flooring trim in the kitchen and dining rooms. Having found Eurocell helpful on a previous purchase, I decided to go back and found Dave at the Bridlington store very helpful and friendly. I knew the trim I wanted and appreciated the information and advice given by Dave to decide the adhesive to use. The job is done now and I’m delighted with the results. Highly recommended.

Emailed several companies about building an office garden building. Eurocell organised a consultation with Robin Iles, Robin was very friendly and listened to exactly what my brief was and ensured that I got exactly what I needed. He stayed in communication throughout the process and when it came to the build I was amazed at the speed (at no compromise to the quality) at which the guys who came built the office. I'd recommend anyone thinking of an building in the garden for an office, gym or man shed to get in touch and ask for Robin who was incredibly helpful.

They are desperate for an early review as soon as you have paid and well before they have been able to package your order. Anyway, here goes. At this stage, I know nothing about the quality of their products or how soon I will receive the delivery. Their delivery charges are steep, not related to the price of goods you order; i.e. £15 to deliver a £5 order.

Delivery arrived of some 5 metre finishing strips. Watched as they were chucked over the 6ft gate along with the delivery note before I could get my shoes on to go and help. Rung the store manager who said it would be looked into. No response to date.

The product I wanted to buy on Click and Collect wasn't in stock at my local Kings Norton Branch , but to avoid me having to drive 18 miles round trip to Redditch the guys at KN arranged for a stock transfer so that I could click & Collect locally the same day. Great service all round and the product was exactly what I needed.

The precise parts I ordered were not available at my local branches, so I ordered on-line. Most people would expect the items to be shipped from the wharehouse, but no the items were changed to a different manufacturer which is not compatible.

Excellent service start to finish, Robin lles came to us only days after enquiring about a garden room he showed me all the options and helped with suggestions of size and where to put in the garden he was super helpful and has been there to answer any questions while I was waiting for delivery, in just over 2 weeks the garden room was deliverd and installed only took 3 days the lads that built it didn’t stop very hard working and the weather was awful they checked things were just how I wanted, it’s stunning it’s only been finished today and I’ve had many compliments on how lovely it is, really happy I chose eurocell would definitely recommend!
