An excellent, professional installation. From the initial site visit to the completion of our 3.75m x 5.6m garden room, the Eurocell team took just 14 working days. The product is of high quality, with well-guided configuration provided by knowledgeable and accessible sales staff, and installed by skilled, conscientious tradespeople. A very positive experience overall.

I use the liverpool branch and it always has what I need

Good experience with Eurocell. Ordered composite decking through them and decking was delivered on time. Staff very friendly and helpful and if you don't use items they will pick up and return. I had 5 planks of decking over which they picked up. The only area of concern is that local Eurocell depots are dependent on deliveries from HQ so customers need to plan for deliveries and also ensure they have sufficient materials as otherwise they may have to wait over a week for the next delivery. Eurocell have a good range of materials and I would certainly use them again.

Simple to order, quick response, good prices and Nick at the Watford branch offered free delivery as ‘they were in my area’. Unfortunately the timing didn’t suit, but Nick was equally helpful when I collected. Couldn’t ask for better service. Would definitely recommend.

I’m a regular customer at gelderd road and whether it’s over the phone or in branch, these guys are always going above and beyond to get the materials out on the job as soon as possible. Last time I was in black beard Lee helped me choose the perfect cavity closers for my job, at an excellent price beating any other price I could find. He even gave me some tape to stop them flapping on the roof of my van, thank guys excellent service yet again!

Ordered for delivery, should be contacted within 3 working days to arrange. Over a week now and not heard a single thing despite sending two separate emails asking for an update. Utterly useless, better off just buying elsewhere.

I think Eurocell is very good because they have a wide range of products and offer fast delivery.
