We purchased a new vehicle and it was a holiday weekend but I emailed our rep and let them know so we could be covered, expected a return email or call on Tues but by Wed afternoon, no call, then I spoke with someone else and they got it insured but I just received the bill and they have the wrong driver for it. Also I called on that weekend and hit the button for if you needed help immediately, I finally hung up after waiting 2.5 hours, not real happy with customer service

My experience with Blue Ridge Risk Partners was due to Brittany’s caring attitude, helpfulness n friendliness. She walked me through the process of what to do after I was hit by another car while I was going through an intersection. This was n new experience for me so I really appreciated her kindness. About a week later I spoke to Greg. It’s feels good to deal with people you know n trust!!
