We needed to get an alternate proposal quickly as we were getting closer to settlement on a home purchase. Unfortunately, we took our representative by surprise as the settlement date changed rapidly. But Jody Davisson did not flinch. He took care of business and got a proposal at the last minute with changes needed in order to submit for closing. He also helped us after the sale as we worked through some necessary repairs required for coverage. Very professional and understanding.
