Instructors/facilitators were welcoming, knowledgeable, and articulate. Compelled to work with third party websites to document completed training and other requirements, their composure never faltered, their patience never wavered, and they were unceasingly helpful. Difficult to imagine you will find an equally professional wear and carry class, regardless of cost - and this course was not expensive.
