Some products are a bit poorly made, although I like the style. Delivery took a long time for the price, otherwise fine. Would buy again when on discounts.

A great long handled brush and pan. The second one we have bought as we needed two in our home. They actually work !

Great choice of products, stylish and well designed and priced. Have shopped at Garden Trading many times and it is a great site. Only complaint is the time it is to receive products particularly as the postage costs are high.

Products are good, quality is as expected and described. Delivery, however was a bit more than other companies and was very slow (not within timeframe given) and my item coincidentally only got sent out for dispatch the day after I emailed customer services about it. Once dispatched, it arrived quickly. I didn't get a response to my email query until well over a week later, once the goods had already arrived, which seems pointless.

When my goods arrived I was crestfallen as two of the products had been damaged. However, on contacting customer service the matter was speedily resolved. Well done Garden Trading - things do go wrong sometimes, but it’s great to know you are dealing with a trustworthy company who want to get things right for the customer. Rebecca is a star!

Pleased with my order but delivery was slow. Took longer than 5 to 7 days .

A truly awful experience. I bought several items in the January sale. Two towel rails, and a mirror. The towel rails were very poorly made. There were visible holes at the joints, glue and visible filler. Just not fit for purpose. Even at 80% reductions they were overpriced. Literally not worth anything at all. The mirror, which was more expensive, arrived with the frame falling apart. I just wouldn't bother buying anything from a company whose products are so badly made. Even at hugely reduced prices, they are not worth the money. And you have to ask yourself why they would offer such big reductions. I assumed they would be good because they also sell through John Lewis. But I was wrong. Avoid, is my opinion.

I received my order 1 week ago and unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the quality of the product. I sent an email to customer service as soon as I unpacked the order (so 1 week ago) and I’m still to have a response.

Great product. Our dog loves his new bed.
