The shoe storage item arrived and wasn’t quite as nice a finish as shown on the website. Also it was reduced a couple of days later in a Black Friday deal. I messaged the company and asked if they would refund me the difference but they declined. I will keep it as it serves it’s purpose but wouldn’t necessarily recommend the item as I think it is overpriced and the finish isn’t classy.

Lovely product and super quick delivery

I am a regular shopper at Garden Trading, they have so many lovely items and for every room of the home. I give them 5 stars, prompt delivery and the quality of the goods is high. It’s a thumbs up from me!

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. My order isn’t at the collection point, they just fob you off with generic emails. If I had reviews before I never would have gone near them. Thank goodness I paid using PayPal and they have raised a case so I can get my money back. DO NOT ORSER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT FULFILL YOUR ORDER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT
