Problem fixed The larger item l ordered was damaged made a phone call to Garden Trading and after making a short explanation the problem was sorted and l received my new item in just a few days really pleased would recommend this company.

I have had some issues with this company with past orders ie poor packaging and very late deliveries. I have persisted because they provide attractive prices for goods unavailable in my area. I am very happy with my garden storage box and worth battling the local deliverymen.

packaging arrived prompt and well packaged . Heavier than i thought it would be , but very well protected. The Maddox Christmas Trees that I bought are fantastic and will be draped with lights .

Bought this lovely gold star topper for my tree. I hadn't realised how heavy it would be and also how wide the opening is to place on the top branch - it just wouldn't seat snuggly and stay upright. In the end, I had to fold the top branch down to double it up and squeeze more branches into the opening , so it would stay straight.

Product came on time and seems to be exactly as described.

I ordered a garden light from this company - initially the item was lost by DPD and upon contacting Garden Trading, they immediately dispatched a replacement. The replacement had a crack in the glass (damage was sustained either in transit or accidentally damaged by builder during installation, not sure) - without question, they sent another replacement. The product (Devonport Round Bulk Head Light) is excellent too. Many thanks to Garden Trading for a great experience.

Ordered Xmas decorations delivered really quickly but some of the items damaged. Contacted customer services, spoke to a really helpful lady and she arranged for them to be replaced. Could not believe it they arrived the next day in perfect condition. Could not have asked for any better service and the decorations are really beautiful. Thank you to the really kind, helpful lady who dealt with my issue.

Considering it’s just a door mat, and I have had a few from different suppliers, this one is quality. Hopefully will stand ‘test of time’.
