Great and easy service, comfortable bikes. My mum is 75 and she thought the bike was easy to use and comfortable. The basket is also really useful.

great experience for kids, however, it took a bit chasing to get the deposit back, best to pay in cash to get money back straightaway unless you don't mind waiting...otherwise good.

Pilar was amazing! She shared some tip and tricks which allow us to have a wonderful bike day in Central Park As well as people giving you the bike. They do not hesitate to switch some bike parts to have my son who was 6 to have the right size and be confortable. Even the price looks a bit expensive for half a day it was totally forgotten with the day and the fun we had Thank you
