The Washington Heights location was rarely open and held no consent schedule even in the summer (peak season).

Worst customer service experience i have ever had. My girlfriend and I rented 2 bikes for a few hours which were okay and that part wasn’t all bad, but here’s why you should look elsewhere to rent a bike near Central Park. This company takes a damage deposit from the card you use to pay for the bikes and they tell you that the deposit will be returned automatically upon return of the bikes (if they are not broken or damaged). Well in fact we did not receive that money back for a few months after dozens of phone calls and emails and empty promises from customer service agents. What a waste of my time. We will never rent anything from this company again.

The bikes were ok but when we had a flat tyre in the middle of Central Park, we had nothing to repair nor anybody to help us. So my son had tu push the bike up to the arrival!

It was really easy to access the bikes, pay for their use and return them after use. The bikes were of good quality and comfortable to ride. It was an enjoyable experience overall.

Quick and easy getting the bikes and nice stuff

Staff were friendly and informative. Bikes ready and in excellent condition. Instructions regarding distance and time were accurate and helpful. And it was beautiful crisp cool and sunny day. My ride around Central Park was a highlight of my stay in NYC.
