Unorganized. Not friendly. Put in cruiser when should have been road bike.

Bike quality was average. We rented for 2 hours and only used an hour, no refund is given. It's better to under estimate.

Great fun and really friendly

I rented the bike in ma 2019 for a night and day to use for the 5 buro bike tour. I rented several weeks in advance and when I showed up to pick up my bike, I was told I had to return it that night and they didn’t have my reservation. Luckily one guy there was nice and let me take the bike for the night, but it wouldn’t have worked out if he wasn’t there. It was overall a bad experience and I won’t be renting from this place again.
