United States | 06 March 2020Although a little confusing to find this is by far the beat bike rental in NYC! Closest to the park and the employees were super friendly and attentive to our group of 7 riders. Bikes and helmets were in great shape.

United States | 06 March 2020We were there for vacation with my nephew who doesn't know how to ride a bike. I believe they offeres us to use their tricycle at no extra charge (usually they charge double). Also since it took longer for us to figure out if he could ride it, they additionally gave us extra rental time. This place is not too friendly but accomodating so I'm glad we rented with them.
