Ordered 3rd September, got an email stating would be ready to deliver in 1 to 2 days. Received an invalid tracking code on 6th, it is now the 11th and nothing has arrived, and zero response to email and phone call answer machine. Order was a full pallet of driveway grids. Insulting that this company is asking for feedback on the product and service, so since they asked, I have obliged. Looks like I will have to claw back my money through my credit card. EDIT. I have put it up to 2 stars since they just "turned up" in the nick of time. I was away when they came, or rather ramdomly turned up as I have still had absolutely zero communication from either IBRAN or the delivery. They ended up luckily not in the way on my driveway, but my poor neighbour ended up having to help. Like I said, I was not even at home. Grids seem OK, just ONE missing of the 260 that make up 65 square meters, but I am not going to fuss about that. NOTE: they dont all fit on one pallet.

Found Ibran on google search when I was researching for a matting to use on grass when parking my Motorhome. I liked the ethos of the company and decided to buy from them. From the moment I placed my order, I was informed by email of the confirmation and progress of my order, plus a welcome email from the MD. I thought this touch was very reassuring. As promised the item was despatched immediately and I was informed by email that it would be delivered by DPD the following day. I received a further email informing me of a one hour slot and it arrived promptly and well packaged. Would definitely recommend this company and their caring values.

Great Product; I used it as a base for my log cabin. The advantage of this over a concrete base is that the drainage is better. Also, because the grids are square, it makes it so simple to line up the timber to make my log cabin perfectly square. Fantastic customer service and very fast delivery.

Super fast delivery, ordered on a Saturday evening, received Tuesday. Great price and quicker delivery time compared to peers and item as described. Received securely packed with no waste packing. The accreditation to the British Landscape Industries Association instills confidence to use. I like the ethos of the company. My only challenge to the service is to comment the text confirmation you receive after the purchase from them looks like it's from an international number and made me unsure of its authenticity and did then niggle re purchase as to whether actually a non UK company was involved in background with a fronting website. It's not but I can't see the reasoning for the structure of the text especially when there is a link within it and no separate email was sent. Otherwise definitely would have been 5 stars

These were the best price grids I could find anywhere, lightweight, strong and clipped together easy. The salesman I dealt with was as useful as could be, doing his best to get the delivery to me as soon as possible.

I have purchased grids from Ibran to help with containing gravel on to my front drive and pathway, they are easy to install and have worked a treat, I was able to use a compactor to ensure the gravel was level and the grids stood up well to this. They were easy to cut with a jigsaw for fitting to the area I required. Very pleased with the purchase.

Bought these grids to stabilise the gravel which was too deep for the weight of the car. Raked existing away and clicked 28 of these grids together. Raked the gravel back over and it works perfectly. Simple idea, but works a treat. Cheapest on the internet for the same product sold by others.

Have not had the chance to use the product as yet. Only put some together to see how it will go down. At present it looks and send to be a great product. Delivery was on time. Very happy. Thank you.
